Our minimum order is 20 units or $350 USD, whichever is greater.

Orders may include mixed sizes and colors, with a minimum of 4 units per style.

Yes. We offer tiered wholesale pricing:

• 20+ units: Standard wholesale pricing
• 50+ units: 5% discount
• 100+ units: 10% discount

Discounts apply automatically based on total unit volume per order.

Yes.

• Color swaps: Allowed (minimum 4 units per style)
• Exclusive color selections: Available (minimum 4 units per style)

All customization requests are subject to fabric availability at the time of order.

At this time, we do not offer private labeling or co-branding options.

• Co-branding: Not available
• Hangtag replacement/removal: Not available
• Private labeling at higher MOQs: Not available

All products are sold under the Artree Design brand to maintain brand consistency and integrity.

All previously released designs and styles remain available for reorder at any time, subject to fabric availability.

We do not operate on strict seasonal cutoffs for core styles.

• Blank styles: Approximately 10 business days
• Graphic tees: Approximately 15 business days

Production begins once payment is confirmed and order details are finalized.

All wholesale sales are final.

We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report an issue:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Include clear photos and your order number

At our discretion, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging (if applicable).

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

• Estimated international delivery: 5–7 business days after production
• Shipping cost is calculated separately and finalized after production
• Shipping is paid separately prior to dispatch
• Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer

We ship worldwide from Thailand, except where carrier service is unavailable or restricted.

Production timelines are estimates.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly with an updated ship date. If the delay is significant, you may choose to:

• Wait for the updated shipment date
• Remove delayed items for a partial shipment and partial refund
• Cancel delayed items for a refund or store credit

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

First order: Payment in full prior to production (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Shopify invoice).

Reorders over $500 USD: 50% deposit to begin production, 50% balance due before shipment.

Yes. Approved wholesale partners may sell Artree Design products in-store and online, including on their own website and major marketplaces.

We require:

• Use of original product images
• Accurate product descriptions
• No counterfeit or misleading listings
• No “clearance dumping” or pricing that damages brand value
