Wholesale Policy (for boutiques & retailers)
1) Eligibility & ordering
- Wholesale access is available to approved partners (apply, get approved, then you can view wholesale pricing).
- Minimum order: 20 units or $350 USD (whichever is greater). Orders can be mixed sizes/colors, with a minimum of 4 units per style.
2) Volume pricing
Tiered discounts apply automatically based on total units per order:
- 20+ units: Standard wholesale pricing
- 50+ units: 5% discount
- 100+ units: 10% discount
3) Customization & branding
- Color swaps and exclusive color selections are available (minimum 4 units per style), subject to fabric availability.
- No private labeling / co-branding at this time (including hangtag removal/replacement). All products ship under the Artree Design brand.
4) Styles & reorders
- Designs/styles remain available for reorder year-round (subject to fabric availability).
5) Production lead times
Production starts once payment is confirmed and order details are finalized:
- Blank styles: ~10 business days
- Graphic tees: ~15 business days
6) Samples
- A sample / try-before-you-buy program is available, and the site notes a sample credit program where sample cost is applied to your first order.
7) Shipping, taxes & duties
- Estimated international delivery is 5–7 business days after production.
- Shipping is calculated separately and finalized after production; shipping is paid separately prior to dispatch.
- Import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Orders ship worldwide from Thailand except where carrier service is unavailable or restricted.
8) Returns & issues (wholesale)
- All wholesale sales are final.
- Returns/replacements are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos + order number.
- Resolution may be replacement, store credit, or refund (at Artree Design’s discretion). Items must be unused/unwashed and in original condition with tags/packaging if applicable.
- No returns/exchanges for sizing choice, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
9) Production delays
If a delay occurs, Artree Design will notify you with an updated ship date. If significant, you may:
- wait, or
- remove delayed items for partial shipment + partial refund, or
- cancel delayed items for a refund or store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
10) Payment terms
- First order: paid in full prior to production (credit/debit, bank transfer, or Shopify invoice).
- Reorders over $500 USD: 50% deposit to begin production + 50% balance due before shipment.
11) Online sales & marketplaces
Approved partners may sell in-store and online (including their own site and major marketplaces). Requirements:
- Use original product images
- Accurate product descriptions
- No counterfeit/misleading listings
- No “clearance dumping” or pricing that damages brand value

12) Marketing assets
- Approved wholesale partners receive access to lifestyle imagery, product photography, social assets, size charts, and product descriptions.
13) Dropshipping
- Dropshipping is not offered at this time.
