About the Role
Artree Design is hiring a part-time Quality Control & Amazon Prep Coordinator based in Bangkok. You'll be the on-the-ground link between our factories and our Amazon fulfilment pipeline — making sure orders ship clean, on time, and to spec.
The cadence is light: most days are just a quick factory follow-up and deadline check (30–60 minutes). About 1–3 times a month, you'll handle the full ordering → QC → shipment-prep cycle.
What You'll Do
- Follow up with factories on production status and deadlines
- Coordinate printing and confirm output matches spec
- Inspect finished products and flag quality issues
- Print and apply Amazon FNSKU / barcode labels
- Prepare and pack shipments for Amazon fulfilment
What You Bring
- Based in Bangkok and able to visit factories when needed
- Fluent Thai and good working English
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, organized way of working
- Comfortable coordinating with factories and meeting deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- Experience in garment production, QC, packing, or fulfilment
- Familiarity with Amazon shipment prep (FBA labels, cartons, manifests)
